ligaa @edwardbattitori It was in videos by 112 and Mobb Deep, I'm pretty sure some others, and in the movie Paid in Full. The designer did a lot of work in the NY urban scene in the mid-90's and 2000's. A lot of artists wore this coat back in the day too, if you were in the right places. I just saw that the current price for this went up to $2880. Yikes!

ligaa @edwardbattitori It is impressive in either case--with a suit, turtleneck and slacks, or with jeans or a T-shirt and boots. However, it wouldn't really work with a tweed coat or navy blazer, khakis and loafers. Not everyone can pull it off to be honest. At the same time, I'm not going to lie and say you won't get way too much female attention. Definitely a problem there. Think Hawk from Spenser for Hire, that's the look and the attitude.
