I bought this hoodie new from Aviator Nation and then wore it only occasionally.
IMPORTANT: This hoodie has pilling that I would describe as moderate (detectable, but certainly not as severe as on my more-worn hoodies). It also has what looks like light wear on the elbows (see the third photo). Otherwise, it is in very good used condition.
This piece features the classic AVN five-stripe pattern in yellow, orange, red, blue, and navy. The base color is dark charcoal, which in my opinion is very flattering and a little less harsh than a pure black. The stitching on the hoodie was done with green thread, which provides some interesting contrast in places where you can see it. (See the fourth photo.)
Aviator Nation clothes are great for working at home, running errands, and relaxing. They are super comfortable as well as stylish. I'm parting with this piece only because I have *so* many Aviator Nation clothes that I literally have trouble finding places to put them. (I am one of those people who takes the bait whenever AVN launches a new marketing campaign. LOL, I have a problem.) So I'm trying to find good homes for some of my surplus.
The last few photos show measurements. If you'd like more or different measurements, just let me know.

Hi. Is there also fading by the front where the pockets are? Does the overall color look like a strong charcoal or washed out??

Thanks for your questions! I just looked at it again, and personally I do not notice any fading by the pockets, but I've also added another photo (the last one) in case you want to see it from another view and judge for yourself.

To answer your other question, I feel that it's a strong charcoal. IMO, in the photos where I took the measurements, the color looks more washed out than it really is. The room has strong natural light and sometimes photos taken there aren't as vivid. (Unfortunately, that is the best place for me to do measurements.) The last pic gives you a view from a different room, so you can see it from another setting that has yet another mix of natural and artificial light.

@faashionistaaa I'm sorry, but I can't go less than $30 on this piece (and TBH, $30 is already lower than I wanted). If this price point doesn't work for you, I am sorry, and I wish you the best of luck finding something else!

Was this sweatshirt placed in the dryer or was it air dried while you owned it?

@faashionistaaa Hi! This hoodie was line-dried for most if not all of its life. To explain, as a general rule, I line-dry clothes that I care about (which includes my AVN clothes). However, someone told me recently that you can keep AVN clothes softer if you put them in the dryer on low heat for some portion of the drying time (e.g., tumble dry low for 20-30 minutes and hang it for the rest). So I have started doing that recently with some of my AVN pieces.

However, I don't know if I ever did that with this hoodie. I haven’t worn this hoodie in a long time, so chances are high that it has not been in the dryer, though I cannot guarantee it.

FWIW, the tag on the garment advises putting it in the dryer on low heat. Does this help? If you have more questions, let me know!
