lovemycloset1 Our previous conversation I asked you if you had a jump ring and you clearly replied “it comes with the pictured jump ring “ I just received the merchandise and it does not have a jump ring (s jump ring is an oval sized ring that you can attached to the bracelet and the loop that the charm came with is for a necklace and can’t not attached to bracelet unless you sadder it on so I think that since you gave me false information you can provided me with a jump ring please and thank you
