Is this a lab rudy or a natural one? The chain is gold plated, but the ruby is real?

It has the coloring of a real ruby (meaning not perfect). The Gem Tester read ruby, but that't the best testing information I can provide. I believe it's genuine, but can't tell you if lab or real with a definitive assay.
