Art Enamel Over Metal Mini Tea Pot Fishing Boats Beach Vincent Van Gogh Chen?

Beautiful hand-painted enamel over metal miniature teapot possibly Kelvin Chen but unmarked. This little teapot is in beautiful condition. Clean inside and out. It is marked Vincent under the handle. The image is a depiction of Vincent van Gogh's painting titled "Fishing Boats on the Beach at Saintes-Maries".  The painting was created by Van Gogh in June 1888 during a trip to the seaside village of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer in the Camargue region of France.
