Arizona Jean Co - 1X Junior Plus Skirt - Lace

Used skirt with waistband; I would say the style is a skater skirt/circle skirt style. Cute floral themed lace over a solid lining layer. The length is about 16.5 inches from very top to very bottom. The width of the top band when unstretched is about 17.75” on one side but can stretch a bunch (I was able to stretch to about 26” on one side though it’s a stretch) - all around that would be 35.5” unstretched and 52” stretched (though I think would be best worn if not stretched entirely out).
