Size? I usually wear a 26 for jeans and in Aritzia skirts I tend to fit better in a size 2. Wondering if this skirt fits smaller?

The waist is 13.9" flat across, and it doesn't have much give. I'm usually a 27 in jeans and it's a little tight on me.
