The darker color is described as "ink" and in person I would say it looks almost black from a distance, but is actually slightly dark dark blue. I think the color looks most like the little photo on the outside of the box that I posted. I purchased these on Outnet about a year ago and found the same ones at a sale that are 1/2 size smaller and fit much better. These have never been worn and only tried on at home. Original Box and dust bag included. I am usually a 37 in this brand but as I said, the 36.5 fit me better so I would take that into consideration if your feet are on the smaller side.
