terahnichole These earbuds are damaged. The right earbud is damaged and does not work, it hisses and squeaks loudly. This was not described in your listing. These were a gift for our daughter. You indicated a 2 day ship time, we purchased from you so that she could have these for a trip. The earbuds were not shipped out for almost a week. She never got her gift and they arrived broken and damaged. Disappointing. Please correct this mistake, thank you.

cassmaegrant @terahnichole did you try resetting them? There was zero damage to these when I shipped them. Yes I did take a bit. I apologize. We had a family emergency. Something must have happened in shipping because these were in great shape!
