Antique Monkey Cigar Cutter with Copper tray

You can cut the cigar with the monkey’s tail. Smoot motion on cutter. The cigar tip will fall into the copper bin. The monkey is made of steel and has a black finish, the bin is made of red copper. This monkey cigar cutter is still in very good original condition and hard to find. I don't see a maker's mark or name. Measurements are in photos.
