Antique Art Nouveau Design And Glass? Stone Pin/Brooch

Really lovely little pin looks to be brass I think the cabochon is probably glass in my opinion but could be real stone I have no clue but it’s lovely either way there is some scratches on the front of the cabochon and wear to the back more so than the front so please review all photos as they are the best description
