Antique Victorian Pink Enamel Wing Design Brass? Possibly? Necklace

This necklace is gorgeous I wore it for some time got alot of compliments there is wear watch can be expected with antique or vintage items of any kind. The enamel on the ends is wearing down looks like the necklace looks as if it maybe could be brass but I’m not sure Measurements are shown in above photo I just love the wrong design
