*Anthropologie* tiered cotton mini dress with chain link pattern

Tiered cotton mini short sleeve dress with chain link pattern. Pattern is a white/red/very light pink chains on a black background. Features slight puff on sleeves. Waist has elastic in it for a more defined look, also allows some room for stretching. There is a little bit of pleating at the hem of the dress. Dress is not lined. dimensions: high point shoulder to hem: appx 31.5" waist (when elastic is not stretched): appx 25" 100% cotton brand new and never worn.
