@ginarn04 - thanks for your patience - apologies for forgetting to reply sooner! The dress is in very good condition. There is slight distressing along the edges but this is intentional/part of the design - not due to wear. I posted a close up for reference.
I did my best with the measurements, though since it’s a relaxed fit, they may not be exact:
Width (laying flat): approx. 18"
Shoulder to hem: approx. 33.5"
Can't find material on the tag but according to the website it is Cotton. Thanks!
