Rare and HTF dress. The rows of black stitching on the chest were busted when I bought this dress, this was a common issue with this dress. I took them all off since it didn’t look good that way. All other stitching intact. The armholes were also big so I had it taken up from shoulder. Otherwise, EUC. I’m 5’0 and wore this with 4.5” wedges and hem still drags on the floor.
