it is nwt but the tags on it don't match the item, which I didn't realize until listing. I had purchased online from anthro and it came sealed in a plastic bag. it is one size vest / swim suit cover up but I do think it would fit size medium best. is a reddish coral orange color depending on the light. no flaws
