Beautiful blue and white layered midi/maxi dress. A top skirt and under skirt with a waterfall bottom. Fabric is a cotton material or cotton mix. Two hidden pockets. The dress falls and flows beautifully. It has a boho, coastal, beachy look. It could be vintage but I can't verify this. Size is 0 or a small. Although this has been pre-loved, it is in like new condition.
