allisongreene37 @esty75esty Nope, not a display. My daughter played with it and was pretty respectful of it. It’s in very good shape. We have so many American Girl things, dolls, beds, desks, fruit stands and accessories, that I included a lot of stuff in the Grand Hotel room that wasn’t included in the original items list because we just don’t have room for all of it. As you probably know, AG items are BIG!

allisongreene37 @chrimaloy Howdy! The weight of the American Girl Grand Hotel is 25 lbs. I looked it up in the Poshmark shipping guidelines and they of course cover up to 5 lbs. I can’t click on the item until it’s sold but it says I can split the item up and get 2 labels but that would only cover 10 lbs. If you are interested, I can do pay for the extras weight, it will just be in 3 separate boxes.
