Skirt is a size medium with an elastic waist band. Rope belt with shells, net & mermaid accessories slips over skirt. Skirt is made of tulle, features a high-low hemline and has a polyester lining. Costume features my collections of seashells, dried and painted flowers, feathers, strings of pearls, dried seaweed, and other beach-combed treasures. Hairpiece and jewelry accessories not included.
