msmeem @dinabev is the dark part enamel or sapphires ? Zoom in and look at the letters underneath, then on the back at the top I was trying to see if the initials at the top right & left were JA & AC or JC & CJ ? Omg 🤦🏻‍♀️when One co owns both brands it drives me nuts lol intermingling designs now🥺

msmeem @dinabev omg !! 💡 CHOPARD!?! 😂 good gosh right when I thought I had it ... I think I see the little fishy’s... at first I thought it was the Cartier symbol? Good lord the 3 humps above the earring back had me confused , but VCA has backs like that but never saw the extra loops on top

msmeem @dinabev ok awesome I found the French eagle !!! It’s in the back bottom of the clip !! So we know a French firm !! I really think VCA but maybe Cartier only because of the braids & not perle but I’m gonna look in some of my vintage books 👍🏼

msmeem @dinabev I can zoom in and sadly I’ve been studying this crap so long I can see where they have altered & tried to cover maker marks .. half the stuff today is just vintage jewelry repurposed .. u figure VCA & Cartier have been around since the mid 1800’s, they didn’t start out just making stuff for royalty lol but they have to stay eclectic & rare, there’s tons of their pieces out there. They just put new designers names on them 🙄🥺marketing & all about Benjamin’s ! 🙄
