This item was purchased in June 2024 at Cycle Gear. I have worn it about 15 times. It holds a charge and functions as described in the manual. It has not deployed. The item comes with the manufacturer’s charging box, instruction manual, and charge cable. The charge cable has a magnetically attached micro usb connector that remains in the charge port. It is removable and other micro usb cables will work to charge the vest.
