I've debated sharing this because my struggles are no more important than someone else's. But I take pride in being honest. I have severe Celiac Disease, which is an Auto immune disorder. I've maxed out all my PTO/Sick/Vacation time, currently on leave while going through additional testing for POTS and MS. 😔 I am cross contamination sensitive to gluten and wheat. Specialist appointments, labs, evaluations, regular testing and frequent appointments add up QUICKLY in an already inflated economy. Not to mention the cost of requiring a strict Gluten free diet for life. I believe everything happens for a reason, and this is only a brief moment of time that's scary.
