Adorable black and silver tone metal ring with bullseye pattern size 8

Super cute metal ring. I do not know what metal this is, but it's not stamped so it is NOT silver. Size 8 by my measurement. This is in good used condition so there are minor imperfections including tarnish and scratches. Please see the photos!
