klingle2013 Hi!! I'm so disappointed. I bought a vintage plate of the nativity scene and it came broken in a bunch of pieces. The seller didn't wrap it or secure it very well at all. Sure hate it got broken. She packed it with tissue paper and put the plate in a thin postal envelope. Ugh!!!

klingle2013 @gail_mcconnell I kept everything. Turns out it's not even an envelope. It looks like that visor material just was taped around it. I opened it all the way for pictures for Poshmark and it's in more than a few pieces.

klingle2013 @gail_mcconnell Good morning. I offered to pay for the part of the order that wasn't broken but Poshmark refunded the total order price to me. I even said I would be more than willing to send her the plate back but they told me to keep everything.

gail_mcconnell @klingle2013 yes the usually do that. The only time the should make you return it is if they sent the wrong item. Can Chad fix it or is it beyond repair?

klingle2013 I also bought from her on that order a set of three small snowmen that are Fitx and Floyd. They came fine because they were in their original box with the original package styrofoam. The styrofoam is so old that it fell all to pieces trying to get the snowmen out.

klingle2013 @gail_mcconnell Question do ya'll get more money if you don't bundle and have a separate transaction for everything? Asking cause in this dispute she told them tjat she gave me this stuff at the price that I wanted which wasn't true. She offered me a price on both and I accepted with each being in a separate transaction.

klingle2013 Until I noticed that they were both through the same seller then I bundled them at the price that she offered but only paying shipping once. I was at work when I was dealing with her so it was an over sight at first that I didn't notice it was the same seller until I took a break and really paid closer attention.

gail_mcconnell @klingle2013 no, so how it works, no matter if it is a bundle or single transactions, if the sale price is under $15, postmark takes $2.95. If over $15, they take 20%. Did you pay shipping twice and she mailed them together?

klingle2013 @gail_mcconnell They probably weighed 5 lbs together. The snowmen were light but the plate was heavy. I would have had to weigh them to give you an accurate answer.

klingle2013 If she had told me that the plate needed to be shipped separately from the snowmen because of weight I would have understood and worked it out with her. Wish people would talk to me about stuff like this like you do. I'm not here to rip anyone off but I also don't want to be ripped off either. it's all about mutual respect.

gail_mcconnell @klingle2013 exactly. If you still have to shipping label from what she sent it will tell you if she upgraded her label from 5 lbs. If she did it cost her about $4.

gail_mcconnell @klingle2013 the first bundle I offered $55 but I am going to have to take the cone snowman out and reduce the price to $50 because it weighs over 5 lbs. The Lenox plate and the lamp and candlestick probably weigh 5 lbs together, I haven't weighed them yet. Does$40 for the Lenox plate and tea lamp with candle sticks sound fair?

klingle2013 @gail_mcconnell ok. You just let me know what you need to do and what the price is. My goal in January is to finish paying and get the rest of my bundle that you started for me and sent me some of it in December. My other goal is to pay for the Lenox bundle or separately however you can ship them. Then I will have to see where my money is to be able to buy other bundles or may have to wait on other things till February.

gail_mcconnell @klingle2013 no, her daddy has a really good job there. She had lots of cousins of there and family there. We thought about moving there, but it's in Utah and we wanted to avoid the snow and cold weather.

klingle2013 @gail_mcconnell I think I have decided not to hand your heart ornaments on my lanterns in my foyer. instead I'm gonna use them as fillers to put in the back of my 2 pickup trucks that I use in my everyday decor. Of course my red truck is in the mother in law suite on his mamaw's old stereo with frosted bottle brush trees in it.

gail_mcconnell @klingle2013 right now, the only Christmas Lenox I have is the pieces I showed you, the snowman, the reindeer and the sled along with the little trinket box sleigh and the little fairy. I gave a Peanuts nativity, I can show you that. And I have a penguin cookie jar. I almost forgot, I have a lighted santa you might like. Give me a little bit and I can take some pictures.

Except for Easter I think I have shown you all the Lenox that I was willing to part with. I might have some Valentines and St Patrick things not lenox, but not much.
