Technically new with tags but item has frayes/snags, hairs/fuzzies/lint, not sure when this was purchased, there are little white things throughout (not sure if it’s the material, frayes, snags, pills etc), and there be other small imperfections not shown. Dress is wrinkled and will come folded up! Probably more for juniors. The material/design is hard to capture but it’s like a flowery lace pattern but from far away it looks solid color
