mspennylanenwc Im a true 27” right now - it seems like if these are oversized they may not fit. Is 27 your typical size? Im getting rid of another pair of AYR shorts that are too big (a larger size) so would like to avoid having two pairs I can’t wear! Thank you!

mgroseth Sizes have gotten bigger than they used to be, so it's hard to say. If you mean your waist is 27 inches and size 27 should fit a size 27 waist, I agree but it does not seem to be the case anymore. Measuring the waist lying flat they are just over 15.5 inches, so that would but the waist at 31ish inches. Some waistlines are designed to hit lower at the hips, so it still may work for the top part of your hips. I think they are designed to be oversized but they are too big for me.
