Almost perfect condition, wrote my name in the front and there are maybe 1-2 places where I wrote in fill in the blank answers. Otherwise perfect condition. All of the practice tests in the back of the book are unused! Really amazing NCLEX review book, I read through it and attended a review of the book and passed on my first try.
