'70's Black Velvet Stretch Belt w/ Beveled Crystal

Stunning, VINTAGE '70's black velvet stretch with gorgeous 3" beveled crystal closure. Adds a striking pop of style to sporty or evening fashion. Very good vintage condition, some slight scratches on front metal and scratches on back side of crystal closure. Closed and folded, the belt measures 12".
