One-of-a-kind skirt by Proenza Schouler. 100% silk (chiffon?) and fully lined. Size 2. Unique criss-cross design at waist with grommets. Asymmetrical 'ruffle' bands at bottom. Pattern in the fabric almost appears to be computer-generated(?). Fabric is absolutely gorgeous and flows beautifully as you walk. Excellent used condition (only worn once). Purchased at the P.S. shop in SoHo (Manhattan), around 2012(?) or so. At the very top edge of the waistband, it measures 27" around. At the very bottom edge of the waistband, it measures 29" around. The waistband itself, from top to bottom, is 3" wide. Due to the zipper closure in the back of the skirt, and which goes up to the very top of the waistband, the waistband measurements as listed above are basically 'fixed'.
