This elegant, thick crystal picture frame is part of Waterford’s Marquis collection of quality home goods made in countries other than Ireland. This scrolled pattern is called Arabesque and was only produced in Germany between 2001-06, making them more difficult to find with each passing year. This heavy frame measures 7x9 inches and holds a 4x6 inch photo. It still has the thick plastic sheet that holds the photo in place (see photo). The original sticker is still in place and the Marquis By Waterford logo is acid etched on the bottom. The condition of everything is excellent.
