Measurements: 69" wide x 36 long BRAND NEW IN PACKAGING. This was purchased for a renovation that we changed the window size so it was not used. It is still in the manufacturer's packaging. There is one spot from transport at the top. I have not tried to clean off.

sweetlovecom @lenafediy Hi, no, there is no string. You simply push up or pull down on the bottom of the shade. It goes up and down and stays in place where you leave it. Please let me know if you have any more questions. I am happy to help.
