Great shape. No heel drag on cuffs. The cuffs measure approx.10 inches when measured flat. Elastic on straps (elastic is in great shape) with brass clasps/closures. Button fly. Main body of overalls are 100% cotton. These are black (they can look blue or gray in the photos.) These are not quilted. Let me know if you have any questions.
