Universal Standard Large which is a 22/24 plus size. This is a stretch denim skirt with buttons and a zipper and a small slit I the back. I loved this skirt for work as it is good quality denim so didn’t read as a jean skirt. There is a fair amount of stretch to it but I didn’t see it as a tight “hugging” skirt. It hung straight and looked nice. A nice basic for your closet! Two cat home. 28” long- it hit at my knee. Waist is 22” wide. I think this would be fine for a 22 or 24.
