New with tag, Duluth Trading plus size top. It’s a soft and drapey cotton but not flimsy. Well made with a placket so it doesn’t gap along the buttons. It’s a grey plaid like pattern and would go flex to casual or more dressy. It is loose and I think would fit above a XXL. 2 cat home
