This dress is brand new without tags. It is labeled Medium but it runs a size smaller as it did not fit my daughter. The Mannequin is XS/S and it fit her perfectly. It has NO stretch so please be a size XS or S if purchasing. It is white with a Dodger blue pattern, deep plunge, flounce sleeves and tiered at the skirt. It is thin and lightweight, it's perfect as a cover up over a bathing suit, summer days, cruise and beach vacations. No brand or label.
