Vintage Frosted Glass Round Ashtray with Sea Conch Coastal Home Decor

This ashtray is vintage and unmarked. I have no idea who the maker is but it is an excellent piece, nonetheless. It is white tinged frosted glass, round and heavy. It has 3 slots to hold cigs or joints. The slots are either a conch shell or leaf design, hard to tell or maybe they are something else. I have washed it once and is clean but there are still dark spots of either scratches or transfers from rubbing on something else. I don't know if it's permanent or if it can be fixed, I don't have knowledge or experience on frosted glass. One side has it way more so you can turn that side away to hide. No chips or cracks.
