This is a brand new dress with tags by Sag Harbor. It is a vibrant Hawaiian print in green, hot pink and yellow. It is midi length, straight and with a slit. Wrap style top with collar, zipper on the side. Labeled size 16 and does NOT stretch. I usually wear a 16 and this dress was way too tight on my hips, I was scared to tear it. Might be because I have high, square, wide hips. I think I recommend this more for a 14 or a 16 that has a longer torso and slightly narrow hips? The hips measure 23" across, so please measure yourself and make sure your hips are 46" around or less. I also wear a 40DD and the top just barely had enough coverage, so if you fall below that size, the top is safe for you. This dress is perfect for a Hawaiian vacation, Hawaiian party, tropical themed event, and a cruise ship vacation.
