Gunne Sax vintage dress

Beautiful baby blue prairie boho maxi Gunne Sax! Long sleeves with buttons at wrist. Corset tie up front, zip up back, and waist ties in back. Tag says size 9 but please check measurements to figure out the modern day size: Shoulder seam to seam- 14" Pit to pit- 16" (32" all around) Waist- 13" (26" all around) Flaws are pictures and are as follows: Back ties are tearing away slightly on both sides (can be easily mended) Discoloration on part of the tie. Also one on front of the dress that was too faint to photograph. Very small hole on lower part of dress Rip in bottom lace hem There is a small row of beads around the neckline, it is missing on the right side. Not very noticeable. Could use a dry cleaning (I don't dry clean due to chemical sensitivities).
