Stunning early 1900's cloche hat

Green felt hat, silk lined on inside. Incredible details. I've never seen such a beautiful vintage hat, the color is prettier than it photographs. The woman I purchase it from said it was from the 20's or 30's, but I got it so long ago I can't remember. Beautiful vintage condition minus a couple spots that look to be glue. Maybe there were more details, like feathers or something, that had come off. Either way, this piece is truly one of a kind!
