pandlsharegroup @delilahmorgan I know right! I’ve been “retired” since age 42 & now I’m almost 55. Because my hubby Brian guided me out of my eating disorders in 2005 I’ve learned the joy of food and gained weight. But now I have to go to the gym and swimming pool M W F (so I can eat and still fit through the door). Even though I I enjoy it & meet up with my friends at the pool I kind of dread Monday’s too...lol.

pandlsharegroup @delilahmorgan Hugs to my soul sister. Mirror disorders. Glad we’re healthy now! I am 5’ 4” and never was as small as a 3. I started out in Banking, then City Event Planning, and finally Human Resouces Management. So I felt like I had to maintain a suit size 6 as my face was too thin and people worried about me if I was any smaller (they left me alone at Size 6). Now I am a healthy 16 but would prefer 12 ; )

pandlsharegroup P.S. Get that suit on and head to the pool! After I hit the gym I meet my friends at the pool and we do aqua aerobics and aqua jogging. Water is very comforting and easy to exercise in!

loveyourcurves @delilahmorgan My husband is a type 2 diabetic and he just returned from his Dr. appt this morning with a resolution to try and eat carb free or at least lower. I have 3 South Beach Diet cookbooks, so we are going to attempt to cook and eat South Beach Style now! I will share recipes with you as I come across fabulous tasting ones...kiss kiss.
