Only tried on and never had a chance to wear out. It fit me perfectly when I was a size 8/10 Vintage 80’s skirt and blazer set with shoulder pads Material is polyester Measurements: skirt is 13.5” flat and is stretchy, length 22.5” blazer is 19” pit to pit and 23” length
