Bebe Sweater Dress Ruffled Cap Sleeve

ON VACATION UNTIL NOVEMBER! This Bebe mini black sweater dress/tunic is warm AND has gorgeous details! The neckline cuts down low, and a few inches below, there are three braids. The cap sleeves have tiers of ruffles. The bottom of the dress is banded, and the back is plain. I only wore it once, because, as you can see, my chest isn't big enough to hold the neckline up, so it's in fantastic condition for a more buxom woman to rock it! It otherwise fits like a normal Bebe XS.
