ON VACATION UNTIL NOVEMBER! This NWT size XS Bebe red and black sexy strappy tube bandage dress makes one hell of an entrance! It's 24" long from the top to the bottom hem, so it will probably hit further down on the thigh on you -- a couple inches above the knee -- given that I am 5'11" with long legs for my height. It's stretchy, and fits like a standard Bebe XS, so it should fit 00-4.
