Perfect dress for 4th of July picnic or as an everyday patriotic wear. :) Embroidered cream stars with banded stripe at the hem. Cotton, pre woven poplin, light crisp feel, no stretch, mid weight. Never worn, bought from EShakti, so no tags attached (many of their clothes come without tags!)
