4me @lilshopaholicc Sizing down is not an issue, it's usually sizing up that can be tricky. I'm not a jeweler but I've had many rings in all metals sized before, only issue is if they are rhodium played, doesn't matter with this ring it's solid 14k gold.

hollyc777 My family has been in the fine jewelry business for 57 years, closed our stores in 2006, maybe I can help answer some of these questions that people are having. If you take it into any jeweler they can look at it and tell you in about five minutes what the total carat weight is in diamonds & they can give you measurements on the sapphires. As this ring is 14 karat gold as you have stated, yes it can be sized up or down by any reputable jeweler.
