I have 2 little girls myself, and when I started I listed a 5T jacket without knowing. Then I came across a listing of prohibited items, and immediately deleted the listing. I know for sure, if a host visits your closet to check for a host pick, she's not going to pick anything because of the scarf.

It just takes a lot of time to get the cover shots just so. I know you know that but I didn't realize how much time that takes. I'm also trying to follow ppl who follow posh rules. When someone starts following me, I check her closet, and if she has, let's say a bottle of perfume, I follow back. Depending on the person, I might say something, or just let it go. Honestly I don't think it affects your options to be a host.

I had been on PM all day & I hadn't had much sleep on top of that so I go into your closet to share to the party & it was like I was in my closet...thinking that if I didn't share in a certain order it would mix all of your things up & they wouldn't be in the right category. So I start sharing from the bottom up & I shared every listing. Not to the party though. Thank The Lord!! lol. I shared what I thought appropriate to the party & everything else I shared to my followers including your SIGNS!!🙆😵😧😬. I was so exhausted & didn't realize what I had done until the next morning when I started sharing yours again. So if you see that I shared your signs to my followers that is why! I asked a lady (because I like some of her things) if she would tell me who she got some of her things thru. Like vendors or warehouses. I don't know enough to know what to call them. I just said if you don't want to give me the info that's fine. I'd understand. Well she tagged a cpl ppl & one person told her not to give out her vendor info, that business is business. I guess I shouldn't have asked someone that I didn't know. I feel bad about it. She's been really nice to me for a HP.You know how that is. Do you think that was just really bad of me b/c I feel so badly about asking now. A cpl of the ppl I'm meeting with at the party tomorrow have given me some vendor info if I ever decide to buy some things. I guess it's personal preference. I won't ask again. Yikes!!

My DL photo is like 14 years old. I so wish I still looked like that!! I posted maybe two photos, but they were "fun," I wasn't going to use a photo of myself; however, people feel better buying from a face than a shoe. Tested and proved. I used the same listings with a profile photo of a heel, all sales went to the closet with the face, nobody would talk to the shoe!! Lol! 😆😆😜😜

She asked me how I make the sales as I do, I gave her a few tips, but it never dawned on me until our "conversation" here. She does not have a face to her closet, I'm going to text her immediately! I miss talking to everyone😔 I got a little frustrated with posh for a while, bc like 2 weeks in a row, I saw party hosts that accepted paypal, were selling items not allowed etc. Not everyone of them, but quite a few. I ended up writing pm an email, and finally got a response a couple of days ago. That came right after they had emailed me about "mass tagging," saying it was against rules, and I needed to stop immediately, but then I turn around, and saw a Cpl of hosts offering paypal etc, and I was like this is bs. I'm over it now, but that's why I disappeared for a while. Lol

poshinistajen Hello! I felt compelled to write to you and thank you for sharing my items! I am new to Poshmark and I also LOVE wine! ;) You live in Baltimore? I will be there in June! Maybe you can tell me the best places to eat! That RA place sounds right up my alley! Also, had a question for you about PM etiquette. I read above something about not congratulating the hosts of parties...but I think I actually read somewhere that it is a good idea to congratulate them to get them to consider your closet for their party. What is the consensus from long-time users and party hosts on this? Thanks in advance! ;)

isa_wine_lover @sunfloweria Jennifer, I just realized you meant congratulating party hosts, lol... When you're tagged on a party listing, always congratulate the host! I don't imagine anybody not wanting to be congratulated on their hosting honor! It's ludicrous! I like to recommend new closets, so if you agree, I can add you to my party list, so you can be updated of parties. Let me know🌹
