mynameismita @estamae23 i always assumed it was because of the vinyl-ish material but wasn't actually sure so I checked the old Nordstrom listing and it is in fact water-resistant.

mynameismita @andromida69 While looking for the exact name of the coat, I came across an L on eBay for $90. It's true to size in the arms but pretty free throughout so it could work as an XL I think.
