annsc @shoegal329 hello hello!.... There isn't any special coating over the glitter, so you feel it's texture. It's never been used, But as far as I can tell, it doesn't come off easily when it was handled. I've sold one in the past, and the buyer never mentioned any problem with the glitter either..
