Outer layer is 100% silk. Lining is 100% cotton. Both have the same pattern; when overlayed gives the skirt incredible depth! Dry clean only. Incredible pre-owned condition. No flaws to note. Length 27 1/4 in. Waist, measured flat, 19 in. Hips free. Pinned on mannequin. Back zip with hook and eye.
