arlenematt I placed an order from you on February 18, 2017, Order #: 589bb3c9b88c56d68e1ad0f1. It shows that this order still hasn't been filled or shipped. Is there a problem with the order?

tecteam2 @arlenematt HI there ... no there is no problem at all. I'm sorry it took so long to ship. My husband volunteered to take it to the post office on Tuesday and he forgot. The box was in his truck so I didn't realize it. Such a dumb mistake on my part and I really am sorry. The box went out this morning.
